Modern Pool Table terms of service include: all sales are final (with exceptions for defects), installation services do not include mounting wall racks or lighting, and the company is not responsible for removing packaging. The lifetime warranty covers the repair or replacement of defective parts, but the owner is responsible for labor costs associated with disassembly and reassembly. 

General terms

• All sales are final: Returns are not accepted, except for issues related to defects or the warranty.
• Installation limitations: The company's installation mechanics will not mount wall racks or lighting due to insurance restrictions.
• Waste removal:  Modern Pool Table is not responsible for removing packaging, crates, or rubbish from job sites.
• Production delays: Modern Pool Table is not liable for unexpected or uncontrollable delays in production.
• Delivery & installation costs: These costs are subject to change based on new information about worksite conditions. 

Warranty

• Claims process: All claims must be made through an authorized dealer or representative.
• Shipping: Parts for warranty service must be shipped prepaid. Defective parts will be repaired or replaced Modern Pool Table discretion and returned prepaid.
• Owner responsibility: The owner is responsible for all costs related to disassembling, preparing, and reassembling the table for warranty service.
• Warranty scope: The warranty covers the repair or replacement of defective parts, not the entire table.
• Consequential damages: Modern Pool Table is not liable for any consequential damages, such as those arising from the loss of use of the product.
